The location next to the river and park and especially the Mexican restaurant walking distance from room.
Staff was really nice to me as soon as I walked in to check in. There is plenty of parking lot for everyone, cars/pickup even, semis close to downtown and you have lots of close by stores
Location near gas stations, freeway, and restaurant. Guest private access to walk trail along river and to Discovery Park.
The room was very clean and there was a nice variety of food for breakfast.
Very nice staff and very helpful. First time I had a desk clerk call and ask if the room is ok. The young laby in the breakfast room was also very nice and assisted us with making waffles. Totally great experience. I will be staying at comfort inn in the future..

I liked the location to Old Town Sac and the American River Trail.
Our room was clean and well done. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and it was a good space for 2 people. We also ate breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the options and service. The Laundry/ice facilities needed some work but it was a minor inconvenience, not a big issue.
Mobility access rom was very nice. Many items to choose from at breakfast. Breakfast room was very clean. The attendant promptly cleaned the area after customers left.
